Nude Sculpture

     The human form has always been one of my interests. In these sculptures I am using wire mesh to express these beautiful shapes and forms. While the sculpture itself is quite realistic, a proper light source creates shadows with even more realism and detail than the sculpture itself.

     The wire mesh sculptures seen here have been photographed without shadows in most cases. Shadows in a photograph can create confusion but in reality the shadows fill the space and appear as a photo or drawing of a real person.

     They are all original works of art created from a flat piece of wire screen and shaped by hand.
